Caring School Award

Our school was granted the “Caring School Award” of the “Caring School Award Scheme 2019”.

 

The Hong Kong Christian Service has jointly organized the “Caring Schools Award Scheme” with the Hong Kong Association of Careers Masters and Guidance Masters and the Education Bureau since 2005. The Scheme aims to commend those schools which have remarkably fostered a culture of love and care in their school campus. Participating schools are assessed according to the following elements:

 

B—(Belief)：Implementation of the Caring School Belief

L—(Leadership)：Competence of School Leaders

E—(Environment): School Policy, System and Culture

S—(Support): Supports for Students, Parents and Teaching Staffs

S—(Sharing): Promotion of the Caring School Culture to the Community

 

Our school believes that life planning education is not merely a remedial or advisory service for students when they are in need of making subject or career choice. It connects with school’s curriculum components. Students are equipped with positive thinking, knowledge and skills to make wise choices in accordance with their interests, abilities and orientations through it. Students are also guided to integrate their career/academic aspirations with whole-person development and life-long learning. Our school will continue to provide guidance for students and help them unlock their potential.
